Mouse OneArray™ Microarray
 |
Features
- 29,922 mouse genome probes, and 1880 experimental control probes
- Highly sensitive 70-mer sense-strand polynucleotide probes
- 1" X 3" (25mm x 75mm) standard-format glass slide
- Probe set is an abridged version of the Mouse Exonic Evidence Based Oligonucleotide (MEEBO) probe set developed at Stanford and UCSF
- Each probe is spotted onto the array in a highly consistent manner using an innovative non-contact spotting technology adapted and perfected by Phalanx Biotech for microarray manufacturing.

- The Mouse OneArray probe set is an abridged version of the MEEBO probe set. Our abridged version has eliminated a large number of splice variants and outdated ESTs to optimize the identification of relevant genes. This provides the most efficient probe set and the best value in mouse genome microarrays.
- For more information about MEEBO, please access the following Web site:
http://arrays.ucsf.edu/archive/meebo.html.
*Special thanks to Dr. John Coller for his helpful discussion in the selection of probe sets for reduction.
- 1880 performance monitoring control probes for hybridization, sample quality, and labeling reactions.
- Also included are the ArrayControl™ Sense Oligo Spots by Ambion.
- Downloadable gene lists, probe sequences, and whole genome GAL files. << More>>

| Mouse OneArray™ Sensitivity and Dynamic Range
|
 |
Figure 2 (right) shows Mouse OneArray exhibits excellent sensitivity – as low as 0.050 pM – without sacrificing dynamic range. This allows you to obtain meaningful differential gene expression data for thousands of relevant genes.
Results from both the Phalanx Biotech ETQC spike-ins (top) as well as the Ambion Array Control spike-ins (bottom) show that the lowest signal intensity and the dynamic range that can be reliable detected are approximately 0.05 pM and 2-3 orders of magnitude, respectively.
