Human OneArray competes head-to-head with platforms from original MAQC study.

Human OneArray has been tested under the same experimental conditions as those used in the original MicroArray Quality Control (MAQC) project. The data show OneArray yields high quality data that is comparable to the commercial platforms included in the original study.
The MAQC project evaluated repeatability by measuring the coefficient of variation (CV) of the signal magnitude values for intra-site replicates (Figure 1, left). Human OneArray shows CV values <10%, indicating excellent array-to-array consistency. Moreover, OneArray showed detection calls for ~70% of the common genes in the study, comparable to other commercially available arrays.
In addition, analysis of gene list overlap, log ratio rank correlation, and site pair compression/expansion all show Human OneArray performs comparatively to other commercially available microarrays. |

Can I use Alexa Fluor dyes with OneArray?
Spot says: Yes. In addition to use with Cy3® and Cy5® dyes, OneArray microarrays show comparable results when used with Molecular Probes®/Invitrogen™ Alexa Fluor dyes.
Is OneArray compatible with the MAUI™ hybridization system?
Spot says: Yes. Phalanx Biotech’s Human and Mouse OneArray are fully compatible with the BioMicro® MAUI™ SC mixer.
Does Phalanx Biotech offer volume discounts?
Spot says: Yes. In addition to our already low prices, volume discounts are available for large orders.
