SimpleMeasure is a small, free Java-based applet designed to extract and analyze experimental control data from Phalanx OneArray™ microarrays and generate easy-to-interpret graphs.
The program currently supports data supplied in the GenePix Results (.gpr) format and generates Microsoft Excel (.xls) and PDF output files. For more detailed information on interpretation of the output, please visit the Human OneArray or Mouse OneArray Experimental Control description pages.
