Excellent Reproduciblity

Table 2 (right) displays results obtained using five Rat OneArray DNA Microarrays. 2.5 ug of Rat Brain Reference total RNA (Ambion) was amplified using an Amino Allyl MessageAmp™ Kit (Ambion).

For hybridization, 10 ug of aRNA was labeled with Cyanine 5 fluorescent, and scanned with an Axon scanner*.

High qPCR Correlation

To assess OneArray performance, rat microarray data was validated by qPCR on Universal Reference and Brain RNA samples. 40 genes were randomly selected from the linear detection range of the microarray dataset and compared to qPCR results. An excellent correlation to qPCR (R = 0.978) was demonstrated, offering strong assurance of high-fidelity in your microarray studies.
