Yeast Gene Expression Microarray
 |
OneArray® Yeast Microarrays are used for gene expression profiling. Yeast serves as a model organism for genetic manipulation and expression studies have provided a wealth of knowledge to researchers.
Features
- 6,958 yeast genome probes, and 684 experimental control probes
- Highly sensitive 70-mer sense-strand polynucleotide probes
- 1" X 3" (25mm x 75mm) standard-format glass slide
- Probe set is base on Operon Yeast Genome Array-Ready Oligo Set
(AROS) v1.1 and Yeast Brown Lab Oligo Extension (YBOX) v1.0
- Each probe is spotted onto the array in a highly consistent manner using an innovative non-contact spotting technology adapted and perfected by Phalanx Biotech for microarray manufacturing.

*: AROS contains 6388 probes designed from
the set of open reading frames obtained from the Saccharomyces
Genome Database (June 2004). An additional 570 probes were selected from
YBOX which was designed by P. Brown lab at Stanford based on
Saccharomyces Genome Database (July 2005).

Yeast OneArray® Performance |
 |
Array to array consistency is essential for accurate comparison of
various experimental samples. In this production of Yeast OneArrays,
typical total median CV of <10% and average R^2 of ≥0.97 were obtained.
