OneArray® Service Features

  • OneArray gene expression profiling is available for the following species: Human (HOA), Mouse (MOA), Rat (ROA), Rice (RiOA), and Yeast (YOA).

  • Our new, improved service workflow for gene expression profiling, OneArrayPLUS, detects more genes, has an increased dynamic range, and yields higher average intensities compared to our old protocol. Read more about OneArrayPLUS here.

  • Our microarray service workflow includes RNA QC, amplification, labeling, hybridization, scanning, data extraction, and data analysis. Our basic data analysis package includes normalization, identification of differentially expressed genes, principal components analysis, hierarchical clustering, and Gene Ontology and Pathway enrichment analyses.

  • If you have ≥3ug total RNA then we can proceed with OneArray standard service (1-3 technical replicate hybridizations per sample) following a single round of amplification. If you have less than 3ug, then we can perform two rounds of amplification and proceed with our standard service. For low yield samples, you might also consider our Agilent microarray services. The input for Agilent is only 100ng.
