OneArray® Service Features

  • OneArray miRNA expression profiling is available for the following species: Human (HmiOA), Mouse & Rat (MRmiOA), and Model Plants (MPmiOA).

  • Our microarray service workflow includes RNA QC, labeling, hybridization, scanning, data extraction, and data analysis. Our basic data analysis package includes normalization, identification of differentially expressed miRNAs, principal components analysis, hierarchical clustering, and miRNA target prediction.

  • If you have more than 3ug total RNA then we can proceed with OneArray standard service (although more is needed if you want technical replicate hybridizations). If you have less than 3ug total RNA, then please consider our Agilent microarray services. The input for Agilent is only 100ng.
