Unprecedented Volume Production Capabilities
Our high volume production facility ensures arrays are always readily available – and much less expensive than other commercially available arrays.

We at Phalanx Biotech leverage the combined engineering and manufacturing experience of the world-renown Hsinchu Science Park and Industrial Technology Research Institute (ITRI) to invent and patent a novel microarray production technology that pushes the production volume and batch size beyond any publicly known technology to date.

We are capable of producing over 100,000 DNA microarrays of 40,000 features in a single batch with unmatched spot-to-spot, array-to-array consistency, and with outstanding intra-spot homogeneity.

Currently, we are capable of producing several batches of DNA microarrays in a year using state-of-the-art tecdhnology and procedures that are clear, consistent, and repeatable.
Unmatched Intraspot Homogeneity
We use a special printing buffer and post-printing process that allows the probes to immobilize on the surface evenly. This translates into highly homogeneous spots and higher quality data (Figure 1).

Open System & Standardized Microarray Format
OneArray is purposefully designed and manufactured in a format that is compatible with many existing microarray related reagents, tools, and instruments.

Because of this, OneArray can be easily adapted for use with existing labeling reagents, hybridization methods and systems, commercial scanners, analysis systems, and analysis software programs.
Our highly-specific 60-mer oligonucleotide design provides compatibility with a wide array of products for hybridization. For example, OneArray is tested and confirmed compatible with labeling reagents from the following companies:

Our open format features a 1" x 3" (25mm x 75mm) standard glass slide, a common format for microarray experiments. OneArray is tested and confirmed compatible with scanners form the following companies:
