RNA Bank
The RNA bank consists of more than 1000 RNAs from freshly frozen, highly annotated tumor and adjacent normal samples. RNA samples in the repository are collected from subjects who provided informed consent with strict IRB and HIPAA compliance. These RNAs are ideally suited for gene expression analysis, RT-PCR, array analysis, Northern analysis, RNase protection assays and cDNA library construction. Quality of the RNAs are determined using the Agilent Bio-Analyzer.
