The repository houses serum samples collected from 120,000 patients. All serum samples are collected from subjects who provided informed consent with strict IRB and HIPAA compliance. Serum collections were handled consistently using validated protocols established by the FDA/NCI guidelines for biomarker research. Our repository has serum from several disease types and disease-free normal controls. Each sample is accompanied by extensive de-identified data including age, gender, diet, body mass index (BMI), and race in addition to complete diagnostic and treatment history.
